I get the feeling the current retirees are being encouraged to save the State money by dropping dead. Be interesting to look back some day to see if the death rates increased among retirees over the past several years. It is not a HMO. Many McDonough County retirees (WIU) like Health Alliance and are now facing an entirely new system with Medicare Advantage and United Health PPO. We are frustrated and angry.
